    Why Why Why Do you repeat words over and over in your writing? Once or twice I get it. Every few pages not so much. Annoying times 3!!!

    Loved this book and the characters were so realistic. It was a page turner ,I couldn't put it down! A.L. Jackson brought these characters to life and made you feel everything that the characters were feeling.Very intense and believable.

    Oh this book! It seriously pulled at my heartstrings. Sebastian and Shea's story is one that will surely stay with you for a long time after you've finished this book. A.L. Jackson never surprises me when it comes to her writing. She writes all her novels so eloquently. Every word seems to just flow right off the page. It's always pure perfection. This book is another perfect example of Ms. Jackson's beautiful writing style. Sebastian is a broken man, a lead singer in one of the hottest known bands around. He has a sordid past and so many secrets. A temper that is so hot, that once it flares, you're bound to get burned. Enter Shea, a small town girl. Who's beauty catches the eye of Sebastian the first time he lays eyes on her. She's gorgeous. But she also has her secrets. Secrets that can rip apart any relationship she dares to enter. So when Sebastian asks her out on a date, feeling like this would just be a one night stand, Shea is quick to shut him down. But there something between these two, an immediate attraction that can't be ignored. Sparks immediately fly when they're around each other.     Omg I think this author must have some sort of ocd and needs to repeat words 3 times it drove me absolutely crazy, crazy, crazy Slow... Slow... Slow... To many pages devoted to turbulent... Thoughts... Thoughts... Thoughts...

    As often as I shy away from cliffhangers, I'm really glad I read this I was a slow burning romance with lots of slow burning heartache to go with it. I love Baz and Shea and all the little twists and turns their relationship has undergone. I would like to think I could have figured out the secret mentioned in the blurb and I thought I had, but I was way off. Didn't see it coming from a mile away. I'm totally ready for book two. I will be impatiently waiting.

    For some reason I couldn't fall completely in love with these characters. I wasn't super feeling their romance. BUT I loved both of them for the way they take care of family. He's so protective of his brother. That hooked me. And I connected with her so much because I was a single mom with a young kid at one time. She's a great mom. I appreciate a story with a excellent mother. That ending really shocked me. It was an on no that did not just happen situation. Now, I need to continue the series to see if the dirtbag gets what he deserves.

    Once you start reading you will not be able to put down A Stone in the Sea. Yup I polished if of in one day. Well worth it to. Oh yes a hot rocker!!! Now enter BAZ!!! He will make your toes curl and swoon at that same time. Yes but Shea is a striking single mother. They meet at the bar where Shea works. Then the sparks start. I loved seeing Sebastian and Shea's love story. But let me say you cry your eyes out and laugh! The book is superb. But it has a heck of a cliffhanger to it. Now I need the next book in this series to come out!!!!

    A Stone in the Sea I absolutely loved this book! AL Jackson's characters are so raw and real. You will feel every bit of passion, pain, loss and love that pours from the pages. Sebastian and Shea both have secrets and hidden pain. Neither one seemed to fit on the outside, but they couldn't be more perfect for each other. You will fall for Sebastian and fall even harder when you see how fiercely he loves and protects. Get your tissues ready because you are going to need them!
