    I bought this book to help kick start a healthy diet. The receipts look great but the author fails to give any nutritional information, including calories or fat. Ugh! Feel like I have to write the rest of the book.

    I think I'm really going to enjoy and have success with this program. However I'm a little unclear about what is considered a portion on limited items such as whole wheat bread, wraps, or pita.     Great book if you need a plan to change your eating habits. Simple and straightforward with easy to understand science about how and why the body stores belly fat. Recipes are quick, easy and delicious while not breaking the bank. Best part of the whole program is how logical and realistic it is, you are allowed to cheat once a week, you are encouraged to eat throughout the day and more. I use the book daily, love it.

    The author of this book talks to you, not down or at you like so many diets. He actually sounds like he understands our struggles to lose that stubborn fat around our middles. The Belly fat Diet cookbook was a great source of information on food that I can’t wait to start trying out!

    What a great guide on losing belly fat! It is a well thought-out and very understandable guide that foregoes the fad diets and cardio workout crazes that grace magazine covers, but offers factually-based techniques for losing belly fat. Don't waste your time on anything else, buy this book! (It has great recipes too)

    Many people struggle with losing belly fat—including me. Because of this book I am going to get started on the Belly Fat Diet right away! I do a lot of cooking and recipe research but I found the many recipes using healthy foods in this book to be very unique. The book has enough information about the correct foods to eat and how to use them in recipes so that you can get started right away on this diet. Now I know what changes I need to make to achieve a flat belly.

    This has a great system for being on a diet that isn’t really a diet. No calorie counting, no real limit on what and when you should eat. Pretty good I would recommend this to someone what has hit a plateau in their weight loss and or are new to dieting. A simple but effective system to follow
