    Whatever your reason for starting a paleo diet, this book can help you immensely. This book really has all you need to know, and the author goes in depth about the principles of the paleo diet, what foods are part of it, how to incorporate it into your life style, etc. This book is really comprehensive and answered all of my questions about the paleo diet. I highly recommend this for those considering this lifestyle as it will clarify a lot of things for you!

    I am very impressed with this book. It was very informative and such an easy read. I loved the recipes that were included. I have always been weight and body conscience and this book goes right along with that. The history of the paleo diet is interesting in itself. Overall I am glad that I purchased this book and would highly recommend it to others.

    This book is excellent if you wish to learn more about and alternative diet. The book is very clearly written and has simple explanations for why the diet is used by people and how to begin. Walks newcomers through all the steps they will need from what food to buy all the way through how to determine your specific dietary needs

    I ejoyed PALEO FOR BEGINNERS, The Guide to Getting Started because it is a simple to understand message of the how's, why's and what not's of the paleo philosophy. I enjoyed learning about better food combinations and appreciated the realistic menus and recipes ( lime cookies-yum!) This book in my opinion is worth the time and purchase because it takes what others has made complex and kept it interesting, educating and useful.

    John Chatham includes a wealth of information in his new book; ‘Paleo for beginners.’ Whether you decide to go full Paleo or not I think this book includes some great recipes on how to avoid the most common grains that make up the majority of most people’s diet today. He also busts the myth that ‘fat makes you fat’ when sugar is the real culprit. I think this book is very informative.

    A little book packing a big impact. This e-book included everything I needed to know in order to get into the Paleo diet: history, philosophy, sample meals, recipes. And all of it packaged in an easy to read, easy to reference book. I think it is a great value for anyone interested in a low carb, high protein way of life.

    I was looking for this book and didn't even know it! I wanted to learn more about Paleo but didn't know where to start. This book was great! I thoroughly enjoyed the informational chapters and am planning to make a bunch of the recipes I found in this book. It even includes a seven day structured meal plan to help the beginner get started! I definitely recommend this book for the recipes alone!
