    I am definitely disappointed by this product. GW needs to clearly state that this book is intended purely for new hobbyists. It seems to function more as a shopping list for paints than as an instructional. Considering that this was a $12 purchase it's really shameful that it only covers a very crude intro-level quality of painting.

    Good walkthroughs that can help you learn to paint. Nothing ground breaking, but a good starting point if you're new to the paint line or hobby. March, 2013 Games Workshop released a new Codex, Army Book, and several new models for Chaos Daemons. This Citadel paint guide updated with new guides for Plague Drones, and Skull Cannons.

    Overall this book is not bad, but as others have said, is lacking in content. My biggest complaint was that the paint jobs matched the units presented in the book except for Slaanesh Daemonettes. The color pallet isn't even close to "official colors", and unfortunately this was what I bought the ebook for. My advice is to never buy a How To Paint ... You're more likely going to be disappointed to content. As said elsewhere, there are too many other How To's out there.

    They should of named it how to paint troops of Daemons of chaos. Adding greater daemons would have been nice. As for what they did include was nicely done just wishing there was more content.

    I was expecting a guide that would cover the entire range of models in depth. The guide is not very detailed and not worth $12. When I emailed customer service asking if there were plans to update this iBook, I was told there were no plans. I expected more and will not purchase any other digital painting guides until GW provides enough content to be worth the investment. Googling will provide better coverage over the entire range. Includes paint schemes for Bloodletters, Bloodcrushers, Pink Horrors, Flamers, Plaguebearers, Nurgle Soul Grinder, Daemonettes, and Exalted Seeker Chariot. If this list was available in the product description, I would not have been shocked once I purchased it.

    This is a great start, but it should cover the Greater Daemons, Daemon Princes and the rest of the current models to really justify the cost. Games Workshop: Will this book be updated to cover all the Finecast models?
