    I bought this book and found it to be intresting.. However, once asked a question to the author regarding an article she had posted and her response was downright snarky! She put me off and showed me how little she seems to care.. Put me off as well

    I bought this book because this diet worked for a friend. I've done elimination diets before, the first under a doctor's care, so I know they can be helpful. In preparation to start it, I bought a thermometer, scale, blender, supplements, and the food for the first four days. The breakfast on day one blew my belly up like a stability ball. I looked up the flax cereal and found that I had eaten four times the recommended serving size and had therefore overloaded on fiber. I looked up the kelp supplement and found out it can be dangerous. So I wasted a lot of money. This is a scam.

    I'm only 30 years old and have health problems one is high blood pressure and I was wondering if this book can help me. Not to just lose weight but to balance me out. It seem that everyone that is doing this life changing Plan is 35 years or older. What I want to know is can this Plan work for me?

    The book had some interesting information and a different take on how to lose weight. I didn't finish it due to posting a question on Twitter about an ingredient. The author was not very supportive and tweeted how she got thousands of questions a day and she needed to answer serious questions only. The author's attitude turned me off to finishing the book as well as trying the plan. Hope others have better luck.
