    I have used many websites and cookbooks for vegetarian cooking. After following the Dr Caldwell Esselstyn diet for over a year now i have found that this book has great variety and great recipes to maintain my husband's and my healthy living.

    This is an amazing introductory cookbook that will quickly become a staple in your kitchen, whether you're a vegan, vegetarian or omnivore. The recipes are simple, fast, delicious...the ingredients are so easy to come by - I don't think I've had to travel out of my way for ANY ingredient, and there's certainly nothing funky in there, like eye of newt...and best of all, these recipes are good for you and have you feeling full. For $4.99, it's well worth a try to have access to some of the most surprisingly delicious foods you could ever eat. My particular favorites are the red dal (so spicy and filling) and the black bean brownies. Yes, brownies made from black beans - and they are AMAZING! Give it a try - you WON'T be disappointed!
