    Great recipes but the book lacks photos of the dishes.

    If this was a paper book, it'd be 5 stars easily. The problem here is the recipes in the book reference each other extensively. So, say, a beef dish will reference a salsa or mole recipe and it makes this ebook very difficult to navigate. There are no links to the referenced recipes, nor is there a hyperlink index. The best you can do is search, but that most recipe names are generic enough to make it difficult. I see myself needing to bookmark almost everything in here because the publisher was too lazy todo it for me.
